Tell me more!
In industries where large-scale projects converge, such as construction and energy, managing data and information can quickly become chaotic. With decades of experience developing advanced document management systems, this organization helps businesses maintain oversight, streamline version control, and collaborate efficiently.
They take it even further by leveraging AI to manage data more intelligently. Their software doesn’t just do what you ask—it actively thinks along with businesses, searching documents, identifying connections between information, and even detecting data inconsistencies. Pretty impressive, right?
Sounds great! What will I be doing??
You’ll optimize the user experience of the software by streamlining document management processes, improving interactions, and refining navigation. While the UI is largely in place, your focus will be on fine-tuning the UX through research and practical solutions. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum Masters to ensure the UX is not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly. Together, you’ll create a seamless experience where customers can navigate effortlessly, work efficiently, and avoid time-consuming workflows.
You’ll be involved in all projects, from enhancing the existing web and admin systems to transitioning to a new platform. The admin system is tailored for enterprise users, while the new platform serves a broader audience with a refreshed frontend. With the company’s rapid growth and a newly implemented UI framework, you’ll take the lead in rolling out UX standards. You’ll also improve legacy systems where needed and ensure that new functionalities are designed with a strong user focus from the ground up. Through research, testing, and iterative design, you’ll create a software experience that is efficient, intuitive, and a pleasure to use.
Perfect! But do I have what it takes?
Absolutely! With experience in web-based UX design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS setting, you can design for users who handle large-scale document workflows. Working alongside Developers and Product Owners in an Agile team is also something you did before and you know how to effectively apply UX research, usability testing, and iterative design.
Building UX standards and design systems isn’t just part of your job—it’s something you take seriously. Plus, you have a strong portfolio showcasing your approach and results. You’re fluent in English, and if you speak Dutch, that’s a great bonus.
Nice! But what’s in it for me?
Expect a salary between €5.000,- and €6.000,- depending on experience, plus excellent benefits. You’ll have the freedom to shape this UX role within a fast-growing international company. Hybrid work is standard (2-3 days in the office), and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow, develop, and make a real impact. Does this sound like your next challenge? Apply now, and let’s talk!
