Sounds good, what do I need to bring to the table?
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and over 7 years of engineering experience with an emphasis on Netcracker solutions in the telecom arena. In addition, you are the master in knowledge of SOA, TDD and UML and have insights on both internal and external level. Also, you have a demonstrated track record of leading a team of developers. You are more than just a technical wizard, you bring out the best in everyone.
