What will I be doing?
Developers make software, you make sure it will run. Together with your team, you are responsible for a deployment-platform. For you, this means writing a lot of Ansible scripts. The deployment is done on-premise, as well as on public cloud servers. You will also manage the orchestration of containers via Kubernetes and Openshift. Don't think you'll be stuck behind a screen; you are constantly communicating with the dev and infra teams.
