Job description Full Stack Developer
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working on our internal and external APIs along with extending and building the front end of our web apps. You feel at home with Amazon Web Services and are used to think in terms of microservices. You are passionate about JavaScript and have a good understanding of native ECMAScript but also see the benefits of using TypeScript. You are comfortable taking UX/UI designs and turn them into working applications using Angular. A good understanding of REST and web application security is a must, knowledge, and experience with GraphQL is a big advantage.
You will be part of an Agile environment and work well in a team environment.
Skill Set Full Stack Developer
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering)
- You have 2+ years of experience with JavaScript
- You have demonstrable experience with AWS like EC2, RDS, SQS, SNS and Lambda functions
- Your application runtime environment of choice is Node.js
- Good working knowledge of Angular
- In depths knowledge about test frameworks and know all or a few test frameworks like Mocha, Jasmine, Jest, Cucumber, Chai and Karma
- Knowledge of Docker is a pre
- Experience with Scrum methodology is a plus
- You have excellent skills in writing and speaking in English
