They do that by looking at questions from a business administrative perspective. What are your new responsibilities?
As a Product Owner, you support our client's customers in making the right choices. You understand the customer demand and the impact like no other. Of course also the question behind the question. Together with the Scrum team, you determine which approach and structure are chosen to end up with the right solution. Our client works on large, long-term projects in which you maintain a close relationship with the customer and the users of these systems. You make all the difference by translating the customer's wishes and solve complex problems.
Your main tasks:
You understand the customer question and prepare the user stories
You are in charge of the projects: you monitor the product vision, the backlog, the resources and the release planning
You advise the client on the right approach, choices to be made and priorities to be set, together with the Scrum team;
You provide the Scrum team with the information or feedback during the sprints;
You evaluate the projects, especially in the area of customer value and the experience of the product;
Daily stand-ups, Retrospects and Knowledge sessions in which ideas about standards, improvements, problems are exchanged to get better together every day.
Skillset
You have been working as a Product Owner for at least three years. Knowledge and experience within an Agile / Scrum environment is a must. Experience as a software developer would be nice. Of course, you speak English fluently. Dutch at B1-level or higher. That you are located in The Netherlands is a must.
