Job Description
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be part of an ambitious and rapidly expanding sales team. You will identify, contact and contract companies who want to use our client’s tools and products to manage their charging infrastructures and solutions. You will work from the office in Rotterdam and will report directly to the CRO.
Main activities
- Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
- Become an expert on the product and give presentations to prospective customers
- Lead segment building initiatives through networking & stakeholder events, conferences and trade shows
- Follow up on sales opportunities by email, telephone, and personal visits
- Consistently take a quantitative and strategic approach in segment planning to forecast accurately, understanding pipeline, top opportunities and opportunity stage, and coverage factor
- Periodically update your overall segment plan based on the above and considering historical close rates, rate of retention and upsell potential
- Collaborate well with colleagues by proactively identifying best practices and sharing those often, and show fearlessness in trying out new sales methods
- Exceed quarterly and annual targets
Skill set
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- You have at least 5 years relevant sales experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) or other relevant business development experience
- You have a successful track record of being a top performer, exceeding quarterly and annual commercial targets
- You have experience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce.com
- You have worked for technology companies for the past few years, eMobility Industry is highly preferred
- You are passionate about the EV industry in general or about renewable technologies and related product and service innovations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Annual Gross Salary €60 – €85K
