Do you always walk around the house wrapped in extra layers of clothing? Or are you the one who pulls out the shorts first among your friends? The temperature at which you thrive is, of course, a matter of personal preference. But one thing’s universal: a well-managed indoor climate makes all the difference.

Tell me more…

The ideal indoor temperature sits between 18°C and 21°C. Keeping the thermostat steady calls for precision, smart engineering, and innovative systems. This organization has mastered industrial processes, designing and optimizing advanced flow systems that guarantee comfort, no matter the season.

By developing thermal solutions that integrate seamlessly into buildings, they manage hydraulic performance, reduce energy consumption, and ensure optimal climate control. These systems make sure every drop of energy is used efficiently, keeping people warm in winter, cool in summer, and cutting down on waste. From sprawling office complexes to public transport systems and cozy private homes, their solutions enhance comfort, improve energy efficiency, and support a more sustainable future. Your work will directly support innovative, energy-saving solutions that make a real difference for customers across Europe.

What will I be doing?

As a Back-End Developer in this innovative company, you will drive the technology powering smart connected thermostats, directly contributing to energy savings and user comfort. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the core platform that supports thousands of real-time devices. This platform is constantly evolving to support cutting-edge data science and artificial intelligence algorithms. Working in a close-knit Scrum team of five, you’ll develop new features in collaboration with product teams and ensure seamless integration with the frontend.

You’ll design and implement the technical infrastructure needed for AI algorithms while continuously optimizing the platform for top performance and cost efficiency. Day to day, you’ll troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring a smooth experience for customers. Additionally, you’ll help improve quality, documentation, and delivery processes, keeping the platform robust and ready for future advancements. Your work will directly impact sustainability and innovation by driving smarter, more efficient solutions for modern living.

Perfect! Let me check my resume

You know your way around Python, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL, and you’re confident building and maintaining APIs with Open API standards. You’ve also worked with AWS tools like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and RDS, so you’re pretty familiar with designing systems that are both efficient and scalable. CI/CD is something you’re familiar with, and if you have experience with React or React Native, that’s a great bonus.

You’re someone who always puts the customer first, creating solutions that are not only smart but also practical and focused on making life more comfortable. You work well in a team, stepping in to support your colleagues when things get busy, and you collaborate effectively to keep things running smoothly. Since the team operates across Europe, being able to communicate in English is essential and a must!

What about the payment?

Each month, you can expect a gross salary between €4.000,- and €6.500,-. You’ll also benefit from flexible working conditions: your work, your rules, your ideal balance. Success is something they celebrate together, with a profit-sharing program that rewards your hard work and contributions. Your pension and health insurance are fully covered, and when it’s time to relax, you’ll have at least 27 vacation days to enjoy. So, what’s left to do? Right!
