What will I be doing?
As a Back-End Developer in this innovative company, you will drive the technology powering smart connected thermostats, directly contributing to energy savings and user comfort. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the core platform that supports thousands of real-time devices. This platform is constantly evolving to support cutting-edge data science and artificial intelligence algorithms. Working in a close-knit Scrum team of five, you’ll develop new features in collaboration with product teams and ensure seamless integration with the frontend.
You’ll design and implement the technical infrastructure needed for AI algorithms while continuously optimizing the platform for top performance and cost efficiency. Day to day, you’ll troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring a smooth experience for customers. Additionally, you’ll help improve quality, documentation, and delivery processes, keeping the platform robust and ready for future advancements. You know your way around Python, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL, and you’re confident building and maintaining APIs with Open API standards. You’ve also worked with AWS tools like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and RDS, so you’re pretty familiar with designing systems that are both efficient and scalable. CI/CD is something you’re familiar with, and if you have experience with React or React Native, that’s a great bonus.

What about the payment?
