Job Description Mobile Developer
As a Mobile Developer, you will join a team of experienced colleagues in Amsterdam and Rotterdam to develop exciting new tools for gaming, TV and live streaming. You will use the latest and greatest technologies to build breakthrough mobile experiences for iOS or Android.
The ideal candidate can help with the development of Video play and hybrid iOS and Android apps and has a solid understanding of Java / Kotlin and Objective-C / Swift which allows him/her to work on both Android and iOS projects. Your responsibility will be the development and maintenance of our Native wrappers (webview) and Video Players. You will be in the center of the organization, helping the different project teams with your knowledge and experience.
Skillset Mobile Developer
- You have a degree in computer science or a related field (BSc or MSc)
- Experience with native Android and iOS development (Java or Kotlin using the Android SDK) and (Objective-C or Swift)
- 3 or more years of professional software development experience
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality user experience
- Familiarity with hybrid mobile app development (Cordova and/or PhoneGap)
- Familiarity with web technologies, JavaScript and web scripting languages
- A self-starter who relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish individual and team goals
- You have experience working in a collaborative environment with a team of highly skilled engineers
- You have excellent verbal and written communications skills
