As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be leading the project and development team. Together, you handle everything from mechanical to electrical engineering and R&D. You’ll be guiding the research into new tech for energy and battery markets, which is pretty exciting stuff, right? On top of that, you’ll keep an eye on daily tasks, update the bosses on finances and support your team members in their growth. Besides a bachelor’s or master’s degree, you already have about 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role where you’ve led teams. You already know your way around mechatronic’s basics, so you can guide engineers in their work. Designing is no big deal, you’re already comfortable with 3D CAD programs like Autodesk Inventor. Lastly, you’re good with people and can think things through. Attention to detail is your thing, without losing sight of the big picture,
