Decentralization. It has been the battle cry of the Dutch government in recent years. From the Participation Act to the Social Support Act, the municipalities will do the work. Will you show them the way in that new maze of laws and rules?
Tell me more…
Since 2015, more and more tasks have been assigned to local authorities. Municipalities have since been responsible for almost everything in the field of care, work and housing. And that has quite an impact. Because where do the municipalities get the knowledge to carry out these tasks properly? Who makes it all manageable?
Fortunately, there is a solution. A solution that is currently already used by 92% of Dutch municipalities to provide their residents with the right support. A knowledge base that really contains everything one could wish for. From news and opinions to training and case law. But it can be done even better and your help is desperately needed.
Interesting, what can I do?
As a data scientist you will be responsible for modeling data flows that relate to daily users of the software.
With the help of insight into the market, customer research and input from colleagues, you will put together the best products. The implementation takes place together with the rest of the Scrum team, the software engineers and other substantive specialists.
Sounds good! What do I have to bring along?
As a data scientist, you can get started right away, thanks to your experience with different data inputs. As a result, you have also gained knowledge of Agile and Lean methods and you enjoy working with Python.
That’s me. Now the salary?
The correct valuation is of course also available for your Senior role. The basic salary can be up to €65,000 gross in the year. In addition, there is an annual bonus that can be as high as 8%. But that’s not all, because on top of that comes an iPhone and a laptop to offer you the best working environment. The work, but also the salary, is based on 36 hours a week (although 32 hours a week is also negotiable), which you can divide flexibly with office and home work. Sounds like something for you, right?
