What can I do?

Together with an enthusiastic Customer Support Team, you represent the voice of the customer. As Technical Account Manager you are responsible for managing and leading customer support services for a specific customer portfolio in the region. You will work closely with project teams, development teams, key account managers, partners, and customers to ensure a high-quality support and customer satisfaction.

Sounds good! But do I have the required skills?

Your experience with support and services in a customer-oriented environment will help you get up and running in no time. In addition, you have a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. You also master both the English and French language fluently. Finally, a background in Software-as-a-Service is a plus.
