Our client has been one of the largest independent online comparators in the Netherlands for over twenty years. Every year, about 2 million visitors use the comparison portals.
These portals are developed with great care by a dedicated development team. Because our client is busy developing the existing portals and also developing new concepts, such as a portal that will give people better inside into their daily spending.
What am I going to do?
As a Freelance PHP Developer, you will be responsible for the further development of the existing portals, but also for the development of completely new concepts from scratch. All this is done in collaboration with an experienced development team and the various product managers. Like no other you are able to build scalable back-end systems, with an emphasis on performance
Sounds cool, what do they expect from me?
Extensive knowledge of PHP is a good starting point ;). Framework knowledge is a must. Preferably, you know Zend or Symfony. Testing is also something that you know very well.
I think I am the right freelancer! What’s in it for me?
The hourly rate is set between 70-80 euros and the contract will last for 3-6 months; at least.
