You will join as part of the tech department that is also known as the backbone! Understanding the market and the strategy, operations, workflows, and business processes to bring the product to a higher level. You see and evaluate opportunities and determine what gets built and delivered to customers. Working with users to analyze requirements and align product roadmap to strategic goals through discovery sessions. Turning the product roadmap into use cases, epics, stories, and prioritized backlogs for the engineering teams will be a big responsibility.
Sounds like me, but what do I need?
You have at least multiple years of equivalent work and experience managing stakeholders and their expectations. Furthermore, you have a deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal. Your outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills go through the roof. Data-driven is what you are, and extremely curious about users, technology-minded, with a passion for innovation and AI/ML. This is what makes your heart pump faster.
