Creating a home away from home is the goal and vision of our client! The hospitality industry is ripe for disruption. While many companies are wondering if they even have a future because of the pandemic, others are working hard to revolutionize the industry.

With the world slowly reopening again, our client is welcoming familiar and new guests to stay with them again. To support their fast-growing concept, they are looking for a CRM manager.

So, where do I come in?

In this position, you are responsible for managing a team of 2FTE that will be growing in the near future. You’ll be responsible for a marketing automation specialist and an email marketeer. Your main focus will be on setting up the CRM department, growing the department and managing the team. Basic knowledge in CRM software would be nice since it would make your job a whole lot easier.

Sounds cool but am I up to the task?

As the soon-to-be CRM Manager, management skills are very important of course. Having set up a department would be a big plus, especially if it was a CRM department. As mentioned above, CRM software skills will make your life a whole lot easier. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation/database marketing is important as well to make sure you’re well aware of what your team is doing. And so that you can jump in and help when needed.
