What do the strongest, most successful brands in common? What is it that feeds ambition and drives innovation? What defines quality?

Passion.

And a unique focus on realizing that passion.

This company is no exception. What started as a group of dedicated gardeners in the ’80s, looking for reliable nutrition for plants, grew to the worldwide market leader in medium and nutrients for fast-growing plants. Their products have won countless prizes and they’re worldly recognized as the no. 1 in growing techniques.
Ever since their first steps a few decades ago, the founders are looking for the best plant nutrition. There wasn’t a lot in the market back then, so they started to do some research themselves and develop some of their own. Because quality sells itself, they started to take over the market and before they knew it, what they made was the worldwide standard. That’s what came out of their passion. Believing in what you do and make.

That’s great! What could I do here?

You are the IT Manager they were looking for. Together with the CEO and the IT Services Group you are responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing the IT infrastructure and various projects. The experience in Scrum and Agile is useful, as well as your skills with Project Management Tools and Testing Tools. You can work independently and can make well-considered decisions by yourself.
