Business Development Manager to ABAX Netherlands (Diemen)

ABAX is expanding the sales team and they are now looking for a senior sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling ABAX services.

ABAX develops their own line of hardware, firmware and software; tied together in one open platform. One login regardless of brand. To wet your appetite, a few examples of ABAX services. Through ABAX Smart Connect, a mixed fleet of connected machines can be managed for easier planning of service and maintenance, detailed monitoring of location, improved utilization and better planning of logistics. The platform will give joint reporting on the entire fleet. Abax Environmental Report will monitor the environmental impact of a fleet and achieve true transparency for companies. ABAX equipment is able to monitor driving behavior and time management and will give companies complete control over vehicles, tools and assets.

“Simply Connected” I understand absolutely, what will I be doing in this role?

Prospect and close new customer contracts and create growth in the mid-size customer segment. Work closely with your colleagues to make sure that new customers are introduced to ABAX the best possible way. Sales will be through all channels such as phone/video meetings, sales webinar meetings, traditional face-to-face sales meetings, and follow-up potential customers. A pipeline of potential customers will be built up that secures our annual budgets for new customers and subscriptions. our solutions to new potential customers and secure long-term relationships, from leads, prospect database and prospecting. You will be the contact person for new sales qualified leads, marketing leads and requested demos from new potential customers. For sales and reporting you will use our reporting tools, CRM tools and sales training tools in the best way to position ABAX solutions

Sounds like a great opportunity! Who are they looking for?

You will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in B2B, ICT, SaaS or Telematics, with a good business understanding. Bachelor degree or equivalent. The Corporate language is English. Both in English and Dutch, you possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. You must have experience using video or webinar and phone as a communication and presentation tool. You have the skill to communicate at multi-levels and across industries.

The company offers you flexible working hours as well as a competitive salary of € 3.500 per month for a 37.5 hours working week, excluding holiday pay and monthly payable bonuses. The package includes a pension scheme, laptop, and mobile phone. Total yearly compensation including a bonus system can extend toward € 75.000,-
