IT is everywhere these days. If it exists, there’s an app for it. Except in sports. The athletic world is falling behind, fast. Fortunately, there’s a small but innovative company working to change that. If you’re as frustrated about it as they are, it might be time for you to join them on their mission to change the world of sports by creating some of the most cutting-edge solutions out there.

You’re not going to ask me to work out are you?

No, don’t worry. You can just focus on what you like to do: Testing. Sure, it might be nice if you actually like sports. Your goal is to ensure the delivery of a stable, appealing and high performing solution that actually suits the needs of the athletic community after all. Understanding users’ needs will be crucial to bringing about the change they’d like to see. This is why you’ll also be working closely with their Product Owner and the development teams. Together, you will work to deliver high-quality features every sprint.

Sure. Sounds great but what do you expect from me?

Perfection, of course. But if that’s not on the table, they’d at least like to get as close as possible. And the only way to do that is by testing everything. That’s why they need you help defining and executing test cases and professionalizing the overall testing process. Automation is key, which is why you’ll automate manual test cases as much as possible using frameworks like Selenium and Appium.

Awesome, but do I have what it takes?

A background in computer science or a related field will certainly come in handy, just like a few years of relevant testing experience. You’ll be testing pretty much any type of software you can imagine, from simple APIs and mobile apps, to Desktop and Web applications. So whatever experience you can bring to the table will be more than welcome. There is a slight preference for C#/.NET, but you might ocassionally run into Java as well. So, when it comes to programming languages, it’s all up to you.

Sounds great, but what do I get in return?

To start, you’ll get a monthly salary up to € 4.500,- gross a month and the opportunity to work with a team of passionate developers on designing solutions that will change the world of sports. What else? Your own educational budget, a bonus obviously, occasional working from home, flexible hours, cool gadgets, a pension plan, and fun events. Want to use the products yourself? You’ll receive a big discount.

Do I still have your attention? Great, click apply and we’ll get the ball rolling.
