Our client produces innovative HVAC solutions for companies in industries such as aviation, hospitals, hotels and retail & commercial real estate. They have a leading role in the international market with offices worldwide. They are currently looking for a Country Manager in Germany for their office location in Dortmund.
As a Country Manager, you will create and implement sales plans in line with the long-term business ambition. Your main job is to expand and improve sales forecasts, leads and opportunities that lead to continuous growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive HVAC knowledge and a proven track record of success in sales. You will report to the International Sales Director.
Essential duties and Responsibilities
- Manage sales with the aim of achieving gross margins and sales revenue that exceed forecasts
- Optimization of up and cross-selling
- Identify, develop and execute a plan to penetrate and maintain national accounts for sustainable business
- Analyze the performance of sales managers
- Management and coaching of 12 people
- Create sales plan (annually)
- Analyse market and sales
- Supervise sales activities of the team and follow the results
- Creating sales reports
- Management of sales contracts, including framework agreements
- Initiate and involve marketing campaigns and events
Skillset
- You have a master’s degree
- You have 5+ years of work experience in the HVAC industry
- You have 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent management skills
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft and CRM/ERP applications
- Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
