A closer. Someone who knows how to turn a lead into a satisfied customer. The goal is to conquer the Netherlands as well as several Scandinavian countries. You’ll receive leads from other departments, so you won’t have to go it alone but it will be on you to seal the deal. Of course, existing clients maybe even more important. You will want to keep them happy and coming back for more. That’s why you will be involved in managing the entire process from engineering, manufacturing, installation, software implementation to customer service.
Sounds great, need me to bring anything?
That winning mindset for starters! But all joking aside, you will need a truly pro-active and results-driven attitude if you want to conquer these markets. This requires an understanding of the market that usually only comes with a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Of course, this is also a highly technical and tailored product so a basic understanding of engineering processes, software, and selling a technical product will also definitely come in handy. Lastly, the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly, in both English and Dutch is required.
