A high-tech environment, top-quality products, and a good salary at a traditional Dutch multinational that is a frontrunner in the energy transition for production companies? Then this is the perfect place for you. They make big things here with millimeter precision. In the manufacturing room, components are created that make buildings more comfortable, energy-efficient, and smarter, where technology and precision come together.
Tell me more…
The optimal functioning of the machines requires more than just maintenance. Behind the scenes, you ensure that everything keeps running exactly as it should. With your technical insight, you perform preventive maintenance, identify deviations, and intervene before breakdowns occur. Sensors, installations, and machines work together optimally thanks to your efforts. In this way, you contribute directly to a stable and reliable production process and make an impact on quality and continuity every day.
What about my role?
As a Maintenance Employee, you ensure that the machinery remains in top condition, both mechanically and electrotechnically. You perform periodic checks and preventive maintenance according to plan, identify deviations, and intervene before breakdowns occur. In addition, you identify potential improvements, carry out maintenance projects, and actively contribute to optimizing machines and processes.
When a breakdown does occur, you analyze the cause and determine the best solution. You perform corrective maintenance, replace parts, and work with drawings and diagrams to professionally repair machines. After the repair, you test the functionality, adjust machines within specifications, and release them back into production. You also register your activities and keep track of hours and material accountability. In the event of complex breakdowns, you coordinate with the Maintenance Planner and Engineer and ensure a sustainable solution so that everything keeps running as it should.
I want this, but can I do it?
You have an MBO (vocational) working and thinking level and possess the technical knowledge to analyze and resolve breakdowns quickly and effectively. You have experience with mechanical and electrotechnical maintenance and know the machines and installations you work with inside out.
With your skill in reading technical drawings and your knowledge of safety regulations, you work accurately and safely. In addition, you have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written, allowing you to easily communicate in a technical and often international environment. Your Dutch has to be around B1 level, however you do need to live in the Netherlands and be eligible to work here.
But what’s in it for me?
Let’s make it concrete. Your gross annual salary is between €49,250 and €62,200, depending on your knowledge and experience, excluding a 16% shift allowance. You will also benefit from excellent employment conditions, such as a stable working environment, room for personal development, and a team where collaboration is key.
You will get the freedom to work independently, think along about improvements, and make a real impact on keeping the machinery running.
Ready to deploy your technical skills and grow further? Then this is your moment.
