This young fintech company operates entirely in the world of digital assets and builds smart crypto solutions for its clients. Developers work side by side with data, trading and crypto specialists on the platform and applications that make it all happen. Being a start-up, there is plenty of room for initiative: you don’t just follow the roadmap, you help shape how things are built. All of this runs on a modern stack with C#/.NET, Python, React/TypeScript and PostgreSQL in the Microsoft Azure cloud.

As a Fullstack Developer, your first focus is on developing data and machine learning solutions and bringing them into production reliably. Together with your data colleagues, you take analyses and models further and turn them into maintainable Python software. You build data pipelines that collect, process and validate market and blockchain data, and you design and maintain the data models that support it all.

But your work doesn’t stop at the model. You develop the backend services, REST APIs and integrations that make these solutions part of the product, and you bring data and model output to life in the frontend applications. With a DevOps mindset, you take care of CI/CD, automated tests, reliable deployments, logging and monitoring, while keeping quality, performance and scalability in check. You also help shape technical choices and take features from development all the way to production together with your colleagues.

You bring at least three years of relevant experience in software development and a university degree, or a demonstrably comparable level of thinking and working. You have a strong backend foundation in C#/.NET and/or Python, combined with hands-on experience in TypeScript and React. You have trained and evaluated machine learning models yourself, whether at work or in a substantial personal project. REST APIs, relational databases, Git and automated testing are familiar territory.

You can deliver a well-scoped solution independently and explain your technical choices clearly. You use AI development tools effectively, but you always review and test the code they generate. Experience with deploying and monitoring data pipelines or models in production is a big plus, as is experience with cloud, containers and CI/CD. Have you worked with financial time series or blockchain data, and do you have a genuine affinity with crypto and fintech? Then you’ll feel right at home.

What’s in it for me?

Let’s make it concrete. You’ll earn a gross annual salary between €58.000 and €78.000, depending on your skills and experience. The role is based on a 40-hour week, although 32 or 36 hours is open for discussion. You start with the prospect of a permanent contract, 25 vacation days and a travel allowance or full public transport reimbursement. You’ll also receive a laptop or laptop allowance, so you can get started right away.
