A high-tech manufacturing environment, plenty of autonomy, and an excellent salary at a technical company that works for leading clients? Then this is the place for you. Here, it’s all about precision, reliability, and smart manufacturing processes. You will ensure everything behind the scenes keeps running smoothly and continues to improve.
Tell me more…
In a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment, stability is everything. Production lines must run reliably, tooling must be spot-on, and processes need to be safe, efficient, and scalable. Especially when volumes increase and standards rise, a well-structured manufacturing process makes all the difference. At this facility, four production lines are currently operational and being continuously optimized. Simultaneously, new lines are under construction, and heavy investments are being made in further growth. The on-site engineering team is also expanding to support major, world-class clients. This means you will step into a high-tech ecosystem where technology, growth, and continuous improvement converge. You won’t just work on the reliability of existing production lines; you will actively help build the future of this location.
And what about my role?
As a Manufacturing & Reliability Engineer, you will ensure a robust and stable production process. Your focus will not be on the product design itself, but rather on everything surrounding it: equipment, tooling, workstations, processes, and the reliability of the manufacturing environment. You will work independently on optimizing the production lines and adapt quickly when issues arise or breakdowns loom. For instance, if a critical installation grinds to a halt, you will investigate what is needed to get production back up and running safely, reliably, and in a future-proof manner. In addition, you will manage CAPEX projects from assessing technical requirements and writing investment proposals to implementation and validation. You will develop PFMEAs, map out risks, and collaborate with internal colleagues and external suppliers on matters like manufacturing equipment and cleanroom facilities. You excel at translating technical details into clear, actionable proposals that move the business forward.
I want this, but do I have what it takes?
We are confident you do! You have an HBO (Bachelor’s) level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar. You bring experience from a technical manufacturing environment and understand what it takes to make processes more stable, safe, and efficient. You are technically well-rounded and thrive in a role that offers a high degree of autonomy. You know how to analyze technical problems, implement improvements, and get various stakeholders on board with your approach. Experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling, maintenance issues, reliability, process improvement, or CAPEX projects aligns perfectly. You also have experience with or a strong interest in creating PFMEAs and managing risks within a production process. Communication comes naturally to you, whether you’re talking to operators on the shop floor, fellow engineers, suppliers, or other stakeholders.
Please note: You have a solid command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. For English-speaking candidates, a Dutch language proficiency of at least B2 level is required.
What’s in it for me?
Let’s talk numbers. Your gross monthly salary will be up to €5,500 (depending on your knowledge and experience), excluding holiday allowance. On top of a full-time contract, you will receive 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days (work reduction days). You are also eligible for an end-of-year bonus of up to 16% of your annual salary, depending on company performance. The pension scheme requires a personal contribution but is heavily supplemented by the employer. Furthermore, there is plenty of room for professional training and growth, including a dedicated training budget and a bicycle leasing plan.
Ready to make manufacturing processes smarter, more reliable, and future-proof? This is your chance to make a real impact.
