As the first cross-border Transmission System Operator (TSO), TenneT designs, builds, and maintains more than 25,000 kilometers of high-voltage grid in the Netherlands and large parts of Germany. Manager Data & Analytics
Within TenneT’s asset chain, data is the driving force behind innovation. The Data & Analytics team facilitates a factual, data-driven way of working across the full breadth of the Design, Onshore, and Offshore value chains. The pioneer phase is now behind them; the team is currently building robust, scalable data solutions that contribute directly to a stable and sustainable energy system.
The Manager Data & Analytics is ultimately responsible for designing and maintaining scalable data products, such as dashboards, data pipelines, APIs, and analytical models, and leads a total of fifty professionals. Where the foundation is already in place, the focus is now on professionalization. You will implement data governance frameworks, define data ownership, and strengthen data competency throughout the entire organization.
You are a strategic sparring partner who bridges the gap between technology and business. Together with product owners and domain experts, you ensure that digital solutions align seamlessly with TenneT’s strategic goals. The role suits a leader who can translate complex information into effective solutions and is driven to lead large-scale digital transformations. You have the experience to build a high-performing team that can compete with the top of the sector.
The conditions
TenneT offers the space to play an active role in the European energy transition. In addition to a working environment where growth and personal initiative are central, you will receive an annual salary of up to €150,000 gross including holiday allowance on a full-time basis. Additionally, you will receive a fixed allowance of 12% for expected overtime, 30 vacation days per year, and a good pension (70% employer contribution). Your work also has a direct impact on the daily power supply of more than 43 million people.
