The optimal performance of the machinery requires more than just maintenance. Behind the scenes, you ensure that everything continues to run exactly as it should. With your technical expertise, you carry out preventive maintenance, identify deviations, and intervene before failures occur. Sensors, installations, and machines work together seamlessly thanks to your efforts. In this way, you contribute directly to a stable and reliable production process and make an impact on quality and continuity every day.
And what about my role?
As a Maintenance Employee, you ensure that the machinery remains in top condition, both mechanically and electrically. You perform periodic inspections and preventive maintenance according to schedule, identify irregularities, and take action before malfunctions arise. In addition, you identify improvement opportunities, execute maintenance projects, and actively contribute to optimizing machines and processes.
When a malfunction does occur, you analyze the root cause and determine the best solution. You perform corrective maintenance, replace components, and use technical drawings and schematics to restore machines professionally. After repairs, you test functionality, adjust machines to meet specifications, and release them back into operation. You also document your work and keep track of labor hours and material usage. For complex issues, you collaborate with the Maintenance Planner and Engineer to ensure a sustainable solution so that everything continues to operate as intended.

You have an practical level education and way of thinking and possess the technical knowledge required to analyze and resolve malfunctions quickly and effectively. You have experience with both mechanical and electrical maintenance and are thoroughly familiar with the machines and installations you work with.
With your ability to read technical drawings and your knowledge of safety regulations, you work accurately and safely. In addition, you have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written, allowing you to communicate effectively in a technical and often international environment.
