Your Role in Practice
Your daily activities sit at the intersection of operations and strategy. You are responsible for coordinating and handling international shipments, ranging from ocean freight to road transport. In doing so, you maintain intensive contact with warehouses, carriers, and external partners worldwide. You independently negotiate rates and service conditions, always seeking the optimal balance between cost and quality.
In addition to the operational handling of orders, you act as a logistics advisor to the commercial team. You proactively identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement improvements that increase efficiency. You ensure that all operations comply with the strict quality standards applicable within the industry, and you actively build the international network by visiting partners and trade fairs.
What You Bring
You possess a Bachelor’s degree working and thinking level and have approximately three years of relevant work experience within international logistics or supply chain management. You are familiar with the dynamics of order processing and preferably have experience with import procedures within the European Union. Knowledge of modern ERP systems is essential to accurately monitor processes. Given the international nature of the field, you have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. You are available full-time and willing to travel occasionally to strengthen business relationships.
