Electricity, an indispensable force in our daily lives. From your phone charger to emergency power for entire industries. Without it, everything stops. Reliability, continuity, and control over energy are therefore critical. This organisation understands that better than anyone.
So, what do they do?
For over 60 years, they have been delivering sustainable energy solutions across the globe. As a specialist in power generation and battery storage systems, they support industries such as construction, manufacturing, and data centres. Whether it’s ensuring continuous operations or stepping in during critical situations, they operate where reliability truly matters. Behind the scenes, that also means having financial and tax processes fully under control.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to independently lead a significant remediation programme across the European region. You will be trusted to resolve historical transfer pricing challenges, correct prior filings, and restore alignment between financial and tax data. You will work closely with both internal teams and external advisors, taking ownership of a project with real impact. Ready to apply your transfer pricing expertise where it actually makes a difference? Great!
Sounds interesting, but what will my role entail?
As an Interim Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will take ownership of remediating TP filings across multiple entities in Northern and Western Europe, with a strong focus on the Nordics. You will correct and resubmit prior filings, ensuring full alignment between TP documentation, statutory accounts, and audit outcomes. You will deep-dive into complex Excel models and internal systems, identifying and resolving inconsistencies in the data.
At the same time, you will collaborate with finance and tax teams, as well as external advisors, to ensure that all filings are accurate, compliant, and ready for review. This is a hands-on assignment where you will bring structure to complexity and drive the remediation process from start to finish. The assignment runs for approximately 8 to 9 months.
And what do I need to bring to the table?
You have a proven track record in transfer pricing within an international environment, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience preparing, submitting, and correcting TP documentation. You understand intercompany transactions in depth, including loans, interest, management fees, and markups, and you know how to translate these into compliant filings.
You are comfortable working independently, know how to structure complex data, and are not afraid to dive into historical discrepancies. You communicate clearly with stakeholders and understand what is required to get filings approved and closed. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is not required.
You work in a precise and structured way, with a strong analytical mindset. You are confident working with large datasets and complex Excel models, maintaining oversight across multiple countries and fiscal years. Most importantly, you take ownership and ensure that the job gets done, from first analysis to final submission.
What’s in it for me?
Your rate will be all-in (excluding travel expenses and VAT) and aligned with your experience and expertise. You will have flexibility in how you organise your work, with a hybrid setup and the possibility to work predominantly remote after the initial onboarding phase. You will be part of an international environment, working closely with experienced finance and tax professionals.
