Using your PowerShell skills, you automate identity and access processes across the organisation. You build smart Adaxes workflows that make it easy for colleagues to access both internal and external systems, while giving support teams the right tools to help users or enable self service solutions. As an Identity & Access Management Engineer, you operate at the core of the digital workplace, where security, automation and scalability come together. You are part of a close knit, highly collaborative team and work closely with Security, HR Systems and the Service Desk to design and maintain a robust, future-proof access landscape in which governance, reliability and usability are carefully balanced. Rather than simply supporting existing structures, you take a leading role in shaping and strengthening the identity ecosystem to ensure it can scale with the organisation.

You take ownership of the continuous improvement of identity services, from integrating and optimising enterprise systems via REST APIs, SCIM, SAML and OAuth to enhancing access governance and security controls across the organisation. You also contribute to advancing CI/CD practices by improving deployment pipelines and increasing automation maturity across teams. In doing so, you proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in access processes and resolve them before they impact users, ensuring a stable, secure and highly efficient digital environment at scale.

Which skills do I need?

You have completed an MBO 4 degree in IT administration or a related field, combined with several years of experience in an identity and access management environment. You are experienced in complex enterprise platforms such as Azure Entra ID, Adaxes and Active Directory, and you understand how to design and manage access structures in a secure, scalable and governed way.

You have strong PowerShell skills and work with a DevOps mindset, focusing on automation, standardisation and continuous improvement. Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub and TeamCity is considered a strong advantage. You are comfortable operating in environments where security, reliability and efficiency are critical. You collaborate effectively across teams, while also taking ownership of technical decisions and driving improvements within your domain.
