From the moment someone logs in to the second they access the tools they need, everything has to work seamlessly, securely and without delay. Behind this smooth experience lies a smart, automated identity landscape where access is managed at scale, making sure every colleague can get to work without friction.
You have my attention
Using your PowerShell skills, you automate identity and access processes across the organisation. You build smart Adaxes workflows that make it easy for colleagues to access both internal and external systems, while giving support teams the right tools to help users or enable self service solutions. This is where automation meets usability, and where your work makes a direct impact on the daily experience of everyone in the business.
Now you have my curiosity
As an Identity & Access Management Engineer, you operate at the core of the digital workplace, where security, automation and usability come together. You work closely with a small, close knit team and collaborate with Security, HR Systems and the Service Desk to ensure access is always structured, secure and scalable.
You focus on improving and expanding the identity landscape, from integrating systems via REST APIs, SCIM, SAML or OAuth to strengthening security without slowing anyone down. You contribute to faster and more reliable deployments by improving CI CD pipelines and continuously look for smarter ways to optimise tooling. At the same time, you stay ahead of potential issues, ensuring access processes run smoothly before anyone even notices a problem.
Which skills do I need?
You have a completed MBO 4 degree in IT administration or a similar field, combined with at least two years of experience in an identity and access focused role. You know your way around environments like Azure Entra ID, Adaxes and Active Directory, and understand how to manage access in a structured and secure way.
You are strong with PowerShell and approach your work with a DevOps mindset, always looking for ways to automate and improve processes. Experience with CI CD tooling like GitHub and TeamCity comes in handy, and you enjoy working closely with other teams to keep systems secure, efficient and easy to use.
