What about the role?

As a Fullstack AI Developer, you own features end-to-end from first idea to production release. You do not just pick up tickets, you shape products. You work closely with founders, customers and your engineering teammates to turn real problems into working software across frontend and backend. You move fast, test ideas quickly and know when to build something solid and scalable and when to keep things lean so you can learn and iterate based on real feedback.

You communicate clearly and intentionally in a hybrid setup where alignment, writing and async collaboration are just as important as coding. You bring a low ego, team-first mindset and enjoy helping others move forward. At the same time you raise the bar by reviewing code, contributing to architecture decisions and using customer insights and data to guide what gets built next.

You bring over three years of experience building SaaS web applications, with a strong focus on shipping real products end to end. You work comfortably across the full stack and have solid experience with TypeScript and React on the frontend, and Python with FastAPI on the backend. You are used to working in cloud environments, with a preference for GCP, and you understand how to build and run systems that are ready for production at scale.

You actively use AI coding tools like Cursor, Codex or Claude Code as part of your daily workflow to move faster and work smarter. You combine this with strong product intuition and sharp problem-solving skills, allowing you to translate ideas into practical solutions quickly. Experience with AI-driven systems, digital marketing or content workflows is a plus, and you feel at home in fast-moving startup environments where priorities shift, speed matters and ownership is key.

So, what does it pay?

This role offers a competitive salary between €65.000 and €80.000, including holiday allowance, along with a meaningful equity package so you directly share in the success you help create. The setup is hybrid with flexible working hours, giving room to balance deep focus, collaboration and life outside of work.
