What you’ll be working on
We are looking for a pragmatic and forward-thinking Business Development & Growth Manager to take ownership of key commercial growth areas within General Classifieds. You will shape the strategy behind subscriptions, insertions, and features, and translate this into clear go-to-market plans that drive adoption, revenue, and long-term platform growth.
In this role, you work across Finance, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Insights to build and refine pricing and monetisation strategies that balance business goals with user value. You define and evolve propositions for both consumer and professional sellers, ensuring they perform in the market and continuously improve based on data and feedback. You take ownership of GTM planning and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive activation, retention, and upsell initiatives. By combining commercial thinking with data-driven decision making, you help unlock new growth opportunities and ensure the business continues to scale effectively.
What you bring
You bring around 5 years of experience in business development, growth, or commercial strategy within a digital marketplace or platform environment. In your roles so far, you’ve moved beyond strategy alone and focused on execution, building and scaling initiatives that drive measurable growth and monetisation. You are comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and opportunities need to be translated quickly into action.
You combine a strong analytical mindset with an action-oriented approach, using insights to identify opportunities and make informed decisions that move the business forward. You know how to bring structure to complexity and how to align stakeholders around a shared direction, communicating ideas in a clear and compelling way. You collaborate closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales and Finance, connecting disciplines and turning plans into results. Curious, proactive and customer-focused, you switch easily between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and you thrive in environments where impact and ownership matter.
What you get in return?
You’ll receive a competitive gross annual salary between €54.000 and €84.000, depending on your skills and experience. In addition, you’ll receive an annual bonus, rewarding the impact you make.
