A reliable network doesn’t happen by chance. It requires someone who can balance technology, planning and execution across a large region, and that’s exactly where you come in. From maintenance and technical troubleshooting to supplier coordination and long-term improvements, you keep everything running smoothly. You move fast, take ownership and make sure no station is left behind. If you already picture yourself driving from site to site, solving issues before they become real problems, then this is your kind of role.
How can I help?
In this role, you are responsible for the operational performance of a wide network of truck stations across France. You ensure every location is safe, compliant and fully operational, while keeping a constant overview of performance and priorities. You plan and coordinate maintenance activities across your region and work closely with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to get things done efficiently.
Whether it’s a technical failure, a performance issue or scheduled maintenance, you make sure it gets solved quickly and properly. You manage multiple sites at the same time and know exactly where to focus, bringing structure and clarity even when things get complex. At the same time, you take ownership of your budget, managing OPEX and smaller CAPEX projects while keeping a close eye on costs and long-term planning.
You don’t just fix problems, you improve the network. You identify recurring issues, reduce downtime and continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways of working. You also work closely with Project Engineers during handovers, ensuring new sites transition smoothly into operations. When it comes to compliance and inspections, you make sure everything meets the required standards without surprises.
