A reliable network of truck stations doesn’t happen by chance. It takes someone who can combine technology, planning and hands-on execution across a large region – and that’s exactly what you’ll do. From preventive maintenance and technical troubleshooting to supplier coordination and continuous improvement, you keep every station running at its best. You drive from site to site, solve problems before they escalate and make sure no location is ever left behind. If you can already picture yourself on the road, fixing things where they happen, this is your role.

How can I help?

You are responsible for the operational performance of our truck stations across northern France, Luxembourg and Wallonia. You ensure every site is safe, fully compliant and 100 % operational while maintaining a clear overview of priorities and performance.

You plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, work closely with suppliers, contractors and internal teams, and make sure technical issues, performance problems or scheduled works are resolved quickly and professionally. You manage multiple stations at once, bring structure even in complex situations and take full ownership of your OPEX budget and smaller CAPEX projects.

You don’t just fix problems – you improve the entire network. You identify recurring issues, reduce downtime and continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways of working. You also collaborate with Project Engineers during the handover of new stations to guarantee a smooth transition into daily operations. Compliance, inspections and regulatory standards are always under control.

Does my CV match?

You have a technical background in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering, or you have built up solid hands-on experience that proves you know what you’re doing. With several years in maintenance, facility management or technical environments, you are used to working independently and taking full ownership.

You are structured, well-organised and able to plan efficiently across a large region. Managing multiple sites motivates you. You communicate clearly and confidently with suppliers and external partners and are not afraid to challenge them when needed. Problem-solving comes naturally, you stay calm under pressure and you always think in solutions. You speak and write French and English fluently.
