High-tech environment, top-quality products and a strong salary at a truly Dutch multinational leading the energy transition for industrial companies? Then you’re in exactly the right place. Big things are built here with millimeter precision. In the production room, components come to life that make buildings more comfortable, energy-efficient and smarter.
Tell me more…
The optimal indoor temperature lies between 18 °C and 21 °C. But keeping that temperature stable and energy-efficient requires more than just a thermostat. Behind the scenes, smart hydronic systems ensure that pressure, flow and heat distribution are perfectly aligned. That requires technology that is accurate down to the finest detail.
This organization develops solutions for clients who make no compromises on quality. Comfort should be a given, without unnecessary energy loss. Whether it concerns a large commercial building or a complex installation: nothing leaves the facility without extensive testing and solid validation. Performance is measured, limits are explored and improvements are implemented. Simply put: technology must function flawlessly here, which is why everything is pushed to the limit before it is released.
And what about my role?
As a Test Engineer, you push both new and existing products to their limits and ensure everything is demonstrably correct. You define test protocols, execute tests and translate results into clear reports. You continuously manage and optimize test setups, making smart use of automation. Do you see an opportunity to improve something, make it faster or more accurate? Then you act on it immediately.
You align test processes internally and coordinate external testing where needed. You analyze results, identify bottlenecks and translate findings into concrete improvements for product development. What you discover, you actively share with the team, strengthening not only the products but also the organization.
I want it, but can I do it?
We’re confident you can! You hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering and have a few years of experience in a similar role. You work in a structured and independent way and have knowledge of materials, construction principles and product development. CE guidelines and international standards are familiar territory, and you can program in Python to improve and automate test setups.
Lean principles appeal to you and you are continuously looking for smarter ways of working. Analytical, accurate and critical of your own work, that’s how you are known. You have a good command of English, allowing you to operate smoothly in an international environment. Missing a specific standard or detail? With your technical foundation and drive, you will quickly master it here.
What’s in it for me?
Let’s make it concrete. Your gross annual salary ranges between €52,000 and €70,000, depending on your knowledge and experience. In addition, you receive 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days on a full-time basis, with employment conditions in accordance with the Metalektro collective labor agreement.
You will receive a company laptop and phone, along with plenty of opportunities for training and career growth within an international, innovative organization. Here, you can take ownership, think independently and collaborate on solutions that truly make an impact.
