What will I actually be doing?

What do I need to bring?

6+ years of backend development experience, with meaningful time in senior or lead roles. Deep fluency in Java (21+), Spring Boot, MongoDB, and AWS. A solid grasp of distributed systems, NoSQL design, and high-concurrency environments. And the kind of leadership instinct that makes engineers want to follow you. Not because they have to, but because they trust you.
