Rules of Engagement

Some companies don’t realize what crucial role they play in the recruitment process. It’s like sending out a bloodhound without holding the leash. The dog will undoubtedly find what you’re looking for, but if you’re not there, it’s of little use. Recruitment is no different. It’s a joint effort, in which it’s important to stay well-connected.

To ensure that we remain well-connected throughout the entire process, we have the following rules of engagement:

1. A deal is a deal
Goes without saying, right? We believe in commitment and give 100%, but only when you do the same. That’s how we become successful together. Moreover, it helps to make clear agreements with each other in advance, so everyone knows where they stand.

2. Honesty is the best policy
Our principle is – quality over quantity, honest and sincere. With us, no hidden agendas, pimped CVs, or embellished vacancies. We should be able to expect the same from you, right?

3. The early bird gets the worm
Real talents have their pick nowadays. Plenty of options. And preferably, they don’t want to think too long before making a choice. Speed is therefore key. Not just on our side, but yours too. Will you wait to provide feedback until your candidate has an interview somewhere else? Or would you rather take your time to deliberate while your competitor has already made an offer? Then even we probably can’t help you.
