Search X Recruitment (trade name of Search It Recruitment B.V. and Search Sales Recruitment B.V.) is a digital recruitment agency located at Hendrik Figeeweg 1-0013, 2031 BJ in Haarlem. We mediate IT, Sales, Marketing and Renewable Engineering professionals for permanent vacancies, secondment or freelance and interim assignments. We offer candidates the option to apply for vacancies through our website www.searchxrecruitment.com, upload a resume, or subscribe to newsletters and job alerts. Clients can submit their vacancies through our website. In this privacy statement, you can read what data we collect and what we do with it.

Technical information and cookiesWhen you visit the Search X Recruitment website, we collect, like any website, IP addresses of website visitors. We use IP addresses for 2 purposes:

  • process data on behalf of our clients in the context of a pre-employment screening

When do we collect your personal data?
We collect your data from the moment you enter or leave your data on our website, or otherwise register or are registered to use our services. If you apply for a vacancy through the Search X Recruitment website or upload your CV, we collect personal data including your name, address, telephone number, email address, and your CV. This data is required if you want to use the services of Search X RecruitmentWe can also collect personal data from you if you have placed it on public websites (for example Monsterboard, Indeed or LinkedIn) from which it could appear that you are interested in our services. In that case, we will approach you with the question whether you are interested in using our services.What data do we collect?
We process personal data that is necessary for our services; some of this data is mandatory to be able to use our services. Additional data may be desirable to better tailor the services to your wishes and qualities or to meet more specific questions or obligations from clients.More specifically, it concerns the following (documents with) personal data:

  • curriculum vitae (CV) with information about education and work experience

  • nationality (in the context of highly skilled migrant status and recognized sponsorship of clients)

What is the consequence if you do not want to make your personal data available?
If you do not make your personal data available to us, you cannot use the services of Search X Recruitment. We need this data to perform our work properly.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We do not keep your data longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which we process your data, or for as long as necessary to comply with a legal requirement.

Personal data of business relations
Search X Recruitment processes the personal data of those who work for companies with which we do business. We collect this data for 3 purposes:

  • For making offers for and/or providing information about the services and other activities
  • Maintaining a business relationship
  • Concluding and maintaining a contract for services
  • We process, among other things, the following personal data of business relations: names, contact details, and functions of contact persons

With whom do we share your data?
The supplier of our applicant tracking system (ATS) is Loxo, LLC. All personal data is stored in their software called Loxo. In addition, we only share your personal data with our clients if you have given permission for this in advance.The right to access, modify, or delete your personal data.

If you have provided personal data to us, you can send us a request to view, modify, or delete this data. You can submit this request by sending an email to info@searchxrecruitment.com. There are no costs associated with this. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself adequately. We are legally obliged to respond to your request within four weeks. Under Dutch and European privacy legislation, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority against these processing operations of personal data.
