The vacancy is then rewritten by one of our experienced content specialists, so that it is optimized for the target group and attracts the attention of potential candidates.

3. Deploying our network

We have a database with +200K professionals, so plenty of choice. That’s why we always start by approaching our own network, before we enter the rest of the market. We use the power of relevant, existing connections within our IT, AI, Renewable Energy and Engineering network.

4. Screening candidates

You can count on us for the screening of candidates. Our recruiters conduct an in-depth interview to test knowledge, experience, and cultural fit. Subsequently, we check the references of the candidates to verify the content of the interview based on experiences.

5. Introducing candidates

We introduce suitable candidates by email or through your HR system, easy does it.

6. Assessments

For selected candidates, we can conduct customized assessments to evaluate the skills and fit for the position. This contributes to forming an accurate picture of the candidates.

7. Planning and facilitating interviews

When the time has come, the candidates will come to you for an interview. Don’t worry, we facilitate the planning of the interviews and prepare the candidates for one or more interviews.

8. Making an offer

It’s a match! The only thing left for us to do is to make an offer. We do this, of course, in consultation with all stakeholders. Making an offer can be done through us, directly, or jointly.

9. Contract and onboarding

Your new employee is about to start. We ensure that the contract negotiation goes smoothly, all documents are in order, and that your new employee gets off to a great start.
