Tell me more
This company has been a specialist in emergency power systems for decades. They’ve been building and maintaining custom power solutions for clients worldwide. They use natural resources and sustainable technology to deliver reliable energy, every day. Now, they’re looking for someone like you to help design the future of energy security.
What do I do?
As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you’ll step into a world where energy security meets sustainability. You might work on systems for a major hospital, a secure data center, or an international airport. How cool is that? You’ll be part of a team that designs innovative electrical systems for projects like self-sufficient buildings and energy storage solutions. You’ll translate complex client demands into smart electrical designs, support technical decision-making, and bring fresh ideas to the table that push the energy transition forward.
Alongside experienced engineers and project leads, you’ll create detailed drawings and diagrams using tools like AutoCAD or EPLAN. You’ll help shape the control philosophy, contribute to testing protocols, and assist during on-site commissioning of systems, both locally and internationally. Every day offers new opportunities to learn, improve, and grow into the expert you want to be.
Do I have the spark they’re looking for?
If you’ve got a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a strong interest in sustainability, you’re off to a great start. Maybe you’ve already played around with design software or dipped your toes into PLCs or energy systems. What truly makes you shine is your curiosity, your drive to learn, and your ability to work well in a team. You enjoy translating ideas into real-life systems and love the idea of working on projects that make a real difference.
You’ll need to speak and write fluent English and Dutch, as you’ll be working with local teams and international clients. Being proactive, focused, and communicative will help you thrive here, especially in a fast-moving technical environment
Is the salary worth it?
You’ll start your career in an environment where growth isn’t just possible—it’s expected. You’ll receive a competitive salary, great benefits, and the freedom to develop your skills and career path. From your very first project, you’ll contribute to something bigger: a sustainable, energy-secure future. Ready to design the future of energy? Apply now and we will speak to you soon!
