As a Sales Development Representative you are responsible for not only generating the leads, but also qualifying them for the rest of the sales team. Organizing and preparing appointments for the team, doing a follow-up on these prospects and finally understanding the needs of these prospects are the most important features of this job. Therefore, doing research on these leads/prospects is something that is part of the job as well.

Interesting, what do you expect of me?
There are interesting opportunities in the German and French market, which is why they want to expand to these countries. Therefore, being fluent in English and either German or French is of great importance for this role. Besides having a can-do and proactive mentality, a proven understanding of SDR sales in automation tooling is important as well. It will make it easier for yourself to get comfortable in the role. The first months you’ll be working from the office in Amsterdam. Once you’re up and running, you have the possibility to work from the office in either Germany or France. It will be an international role then!
