Impressive, how can I contribute?

You can be the product owner in a new team, concerning the Domestic Appliances market. This team is responsible for delivering the best service experiences to build trust and drive loyalty. Innovation in consumer experience for business Domestic Appliances is an additional responsibility of this team, that works with BPO’s.

It’s going to be your job as a product owner to define the consumer communications & channel vision, together with business stakeholders and the CE&O Platforms lead. Also, you help to create the Domestic Appliances consumer communication landscape from scratch. Keep in mind that innovation and digital transformation are pivotal and business continuity is ensured, while transitioning to the new platform. Thrilling business, with a responsibility like this in a transition so important.

That’s exciting indeed, but do I qualify?

With your experience, you absolutely do. You’ve got years and years (8 or more) of experience in a consumer-focused, multinational environment. That’s why your inclusive leadership qualities can be used to the full extend, and why you’re a certified scrum product owner. Your passion for driving consumer experience and customer service operations is your drive and you know how to tackle challenges concerning this product ownership.
