A lot of companies like to talk about making the world a better place. Few actually do. This is one of them. And they’re looking for you.
Ok, so how
Sustainability, that’s what it is all about. With their one-of-a-kind PaaS offering, this company is reinventing the way people move from one place to another. They started on their mission towards a more sustainable future almost a decade ago and they are still leading the way forward. Of course, it’s not hard to be a market leader when you were the one to invent the market. It can be tough to stay ahead of the pack though, so it’s important to keep innovating. That’s where you come in.
You, as a technical support engineer will be part of the team that is responsible for handling any questions that the customer has. You’ll be the one to delve into complex situations, diagnosing the problem and escalating the issue to level 3 teams. You’ll ensure that the problem is solved in a quick and adequate way and ensure that everything is documented properly. You’ll be dealing with clients mostly in the Nordics region. The office is based in Amsterdam, however there is a large amount of freedom when it comes to working from home.
That sounds like me! What should I bring to the table?
Well, first of all, you should have an affinity with sustainability. Next to that, you need a general understanding of electrical systems and knowledge. You have to be able to take ownership of the problems and tackle problems independently head-on. Preferably you have a few years of experience in a customer support related role and you are able to communicate in English and preferably a Scandinavian language at a professional level.
Yes, that’s me!
Wonderful! To make the picture complete, this company gives you an excellent paycheck, with an annual salary of up to €55.000,-. Furthermore, you’ll get 25 days off, access to learning platforms and a budget to spend on personal development. And perhaps the best part is that you’ll be working day in, day out, with a motivated team of specialists with one central mission: making the world a better place for everyone in it.
