Your new employer is a company whose core business is collecting and making clear information. They collect and maintain data that is valuable but difficult for their customers to obtain. With their self-developed tools and SaaS marketing platform, they are unique in the field of Sales and Marketing. In order to maintain and expand sales growth in the coming years, they are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will service and further expand the current customer portfolio.
Cool ! And what can I do?
You have your own international customer portfolio consisting where you will advise and help your customers where necessary. Together with the international project managers, product owners, business consultants and trade marketer, you formulate which solution best suits your customers and prospects and convert them in commercial opportunities. Analyzing and reporting sales results to the Account Managers and the Sales Manager, based on which you participate in optimizing the international sales strategy and translate this into goals that you will achieve as a team.
But, am I the right person for this?
In addition to a good command of the English language and either the German or French language. Next to that you have a completed bachelor degree, and 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in a Saas-oriented company or in the FMCG, Data Industry ,Media world or Hospitality. In addition, you are an expert in advising and you know how to convert this into concrete products and services. You manage your own customer base and you provide guidance to your new customers. ‘No’ is not an option for you, because you always investigate which options are available. You are a people person and that is why you know better than anyone else how to maintain good customer contact and are only happy if your customer is too. Finally, the interest of every stakeholder is also your interest and you know how to bind key decision-makers where you can act at various levels.

You fulfill a challenging role with many opportunities to grow. As a Junior Customer Success Manager you will receive a salary of up to €58,500 gross per year, in addition to 8% holiday pay and a travel allowance. You will work in an enthusiastic team in an inspiring working environment in a brand new, hip office in the heart of Rotterdam. If you want to work from home, you can do that and you will receive a budget of 250 euros to create your own home workplace.
