Our experts in IT Career Development always start with an intake. This is usually done by skype or phone. Either way, we’ll take our time to have a good conversation. During this call, an IT recruiter will tell you more about our company and our clients and we’ll invite you to tell us all about what you’re good at and what makes your heart beat faster. Once we have a clear picture of who you are and what you want to achieve, we’ll tell you all about the opportunities we think might be a good match for you. If we don’t have one, we’ll simply stay in touch when the right opportunity comes by. When we do have a match, we’ll gladly introduce you to our client. But, of course, only with your permission.
We’ll write a brief summary of the call we had with you and share it, along with your resume, with our client. The advantage is that because we’ve already done the first screening on both sides, it’s much easier for both candidate and client to see where the match is. They’ll quickly be able to determine if they want to invite you for an interview.
The Interview process
Each of our clients has its own interview process. Sometimes it’ll be an assessment and multiple interviews, sometimes just 1 interview is enough to get you an offer. If our client is just as excited about you as we are, there’s a good chance you’ll get an invitation for a first interview. Depending on the company, this can be either on-site or online.
